Bank Mandiri has several ODP Specializations, i.e.:

1. ODP Jaringan & Retail Banking

The ODP Jaringan & Retail Banking program prepares you for leadership roles across many functions and levels in Bank Mandiri, designed to develop leaders and professional Retail Bankers, equipped with the skills and knowledge in Retail funding, lending, transactions, and services. You will be trained by highly experienced bankers and leaders in various aspects of Retail Banking and leadership throughout your development journey. Starting off with an intensive in-class education followed by on-the-job training and rotation across different parts of the Bank. Your development journey will include job exposure in the Branch/ Area/ Regional Office and/or the Head Office of our retail business segment (e.g., branch, deposits, wealth management, retail loans, retail transactions, etc).

2. ODP Wholesale Banking

The ODP Wholesale Banking program prepares you for leadership roles across many functions and levels in Bank Mandiri, designed to develop leaders and professional Wholesale Bankers, equipped with the skills and knowledge in Wholesale funding, lending, and solutions. You will be trained by highly experienced bankers and leaders in various aspects of Wholesale Banking and leadership throughout your development journey. Starting off with an intensive in-class education followed by on-the-job training and rotation across different parts of the Bank. You will get the opportunity for exciting yet challenging exposure in Treasury, International Banking, Trade Finance, and/ or Wholesale Transactions, serving middle-market businesses (Commercial Banking), large corporations (Corporate Banking), and also Government Institutions.

3. ODP Risk Management

The ODP Risk Management program prepares you for leadership roles across many functions and levels in Bank Mandiri, designed to develop leaders and professionals who are especially competent in Risk Management. You will be trained by highly experienced bankers and leaders in various aspects of banking and leadership throughout your development journey. Starting off with an intensive in-class education followed by on-the-job training and rotation across different parts of the Bank. Your development journey will include job exposures in business and data analysis in terms of business risk management and enterprise risk management, as well as in the compliance aspects of the Bank’s business practices and operations.

4. ODP Information Technology

The ODP Information Technology (IT) program is designed to develop and hone digital talents to be leaders and professionals who are passionate and capable of IT and technology transformation. You will be trained by highly experienced IT leaders and experts in various aspects of IT and digital banking throughout your development journey. Starting off with an intensive in-class education followed by on-the-job training and rotation across different IT departments of the Bank.

5. ODP Business Enabler

The ODP Business Enabler program prepares you for leadership roles across many functions and levels in Bank Mandiri, designed to create and develop leaders and professionals in various business-enabling functions, which include banking operations, finance, strategy, legal, human resources, market research, corporate communication, real estate management, and others. You will be trained by highly experienced bankers and leaders in various aspects of banking and leadership throughout your development journey. Starting off with an intensive in-class education followed by on-the-job training and rotation across different parts of the Bank’s support functions.

 

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Local or International graduates (S1) or post-graduate (S2) of the relevant field of studies from a reputable University
  • Grade Point Average:
    • Graduates (S1): minimum of 3.00 (on a 4.00 GPA scale) or equivalent
    • Post-graduates (S2): minimum of 3.20 (on a 4.00 GPA scale) or equivalent
  • Maximum age for selection:
    • Graduates (S1): 25 year old
    • Post-graduates (S2): 27 year old
  • Demonstrate professional dispositions with good networking and communication skills
  • No member of the nuclear family currently working in Bank Mandiri (i.e. parents, siblings)
  • Single and remain to be unmarried during the first year of the program
  • Willing to be relocated all over Indonesia
  • You are required to fill in all Custom Questions and Kalibrr Profile for this application
