1) Audio Editor
Tipe Kontrak: Fulltime
 Divisi: Multimedia
 Closing Date: 14 Maret 2022

Job Description

  • Responsible for all aspects of audio production: interviewing, recording, assembling, mixing, and including recording interviews in the studio and field
  • Help conceive story ideas, develop a narrative structure for stories, and build complex narrative stories
  • Conduct recordings and develop storylines out of interviews
  • Incorporate feedback from the creative team
  • Finalize technical aspects of podcasts
  • Communicate regularly and in a timely manner with creative team
  • Contribute fresh compelling ideas
  • Collaborate with creative team to plan the arc of podcast seasons
  • Help build and shape an expanding portfolio of podcasts within our team

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of audio production experience working in radio or podcasting
  • Have sense of storytelling and theatrical of mind
  • Strong audio editing skills and experience with audio editing software (e.g: Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere Pro)
  • Profiecient in english, especially listening
  • Knowledge of best practices for multi-track audio editing
  • Abilities to produce short and long form content
  • Ability to maintain high attention to detail in a fast paced environment
  • Experience recording in a studio setting as well as in the field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

 

2) Commercial Strategist
 Tipe Kontrak: Fulltime
 Divisi: Commercial
 Closing Date: 14 Maret 2022

Job Description

  • Consolidating the action plans of each Strategic Business Unit (SBU) related to the revenue achievement plan
  • Reporting the achievement of revenue VS target
  • Consolidating monthly sales finalization meetings (closing)
  • Consolidating the achievements of on hand, hot prospects, and prospects from sales every month
  • Checking the margin of each project to sales coordinator
  • Reporting a margin check per project to VP commercial after being reviewed by the deputy commercial
  • Take notes and coordinate to mitigate problems that arise in the commercial area
  • Check and remind sales coordinators to fill out CRM Barantum and report every month
  • Requesting sales performances that have not been and have been recorded at Barantum every month

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in management, finance, communications, etc
  • Capable of working and collaborating with a wide range of people (across divisions)
  • Good skills in operating MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer, PowerPoint)
  • Readiness to take on new tasks and areas of responsibility
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Strong ability to work independently, set deadlines, plan, organize and implement activities
  • Attention to detail, especially in numbers

 

3) Digital Marketing Specialist
 Tipe Kontrak: Fulltime
 Divisi: Digital Engagement
 Closing Date: 9 Maret 2022

Job Description

  • Managing end to end website and digital ads strategy to drive traffic
  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs and campaign strategies, such as content development and optimization, advertising, event planning and social media or digital campaigns
  • Analyze marketing data, develop, and evaluate program performance metrics to drive future marketing decisions and optimize strategy
  • Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing, and sales performance metrics to forecast trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 4 years proven experience in the marketing field
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc.) and market research methods
  • Exhibit experience in marketing data analytics/tools i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong prioritization, organization and able to manage multiple programs simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical thinking and data-driven decision making skills
