We are looking for Process Engineer – Supply Chain who will be based in Surabaya.


  • Process, Systems & Master Data Governance and Continuous Improvement:
  • Facilitate the continuous improvement activities for processes & systems to ensure the efficiency & sustainability of RPH operations. Run the process of continuous improvement ideas collection & evaluation process in cooperation with Sync Hub Governance and Global Process Owners. Monitor & support the implementation of the approved ideas. Drive the process efficiency of user support for systems, and cooperates with IS & Super Users community to improve user support performance.
  • Conducts the Supply Chain planning Master Data governance activities at RPH in line with Sync Hub Governance by identifying the root causes for the repetitive cases of missing / incorrect Master Data, facilitating the action plans development and monitoring & supporting their implementation by internal & external parties involved.
  • PDCA Process & Performance Management: Conduct PDCA process in RPH in line with the global standards, run performance overview for RPH management. Support target setting for the RPH processes, and report of the actual results vs. targets. Facilitate the process of action plan definition for the gaps vs. targets and manage the monitoring of action plan completion. Consolidate the projects targeted to deliver performance improvement, productivity, and organizational efficiency, organize their regular monitoring with the RPH management team. Submit the required inputs in the defined frequency & deadlines to Sync Hub Governance team.


  • Preferably Industrial Engineering Background or any Engineering/Business Course
  • Have at least 3-4 years experience in Supply Chain. Highly exposure to ERP system.
  • Fluent in English
  • End-to-end SC Process Knowledge: Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes and drumbeat in a multi-category & omni-channel business (B2B & B2C). Ability to assess the impact of changes in the processes on overall business results and to develop proposals for process re-design to improve the efficiency & to support achieving the business targets.
  • Inventory & LOGD Management: Understanding of the inventory management process and the drivers that lead to LOGD. Experienced in defining & executing actions required for inventory management and LOGD minimization.
  • NPI Stage Gate Process: Understanding of the end-to-end process and the gates related to new product initiatives and the roles of the involved departments.
  • Reporting & Budgeting (OB/RF) Process Knowledge: Understanding of KPIs for end-to-end Supply Chain processes and corrective actions that will influence them.
  • Supply Chain Systems & Master Data Knowledge: Understanding of the overall Supply Chain system landscape, master & transactional data required to run end-to-end Supply Chain processes. Can assess the overall impact of system changes on master data & process flows and propose/develop actions to improve the system & master data efficiency.
  • Tolling/Contract Manufacturing Knowledge: Understanding of Tolling/Contract Manufacturing structure and the requirements for tolling compliance. Can have preliminary assessment on organization and process re-design from the Tolling/Contract Manufacturing Model perspective
