SELISIK.COM – PT Sinarmas Sekuritas didirikan pada tahun 1988 dengan nama “PT Sinarmas Ekagraha Money Changer” yang bergerak dalam bidang perdagangan valuta asing, traveller’s cheque, dan surat-surat berharga lainnya dalam valuta asing. 1. Management Trainee – Research (MTR)
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree from reputable University, preferably from Economy/Finance/Accounting & Engineering
- Has max 2 years of experience (but fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
- Able to create attractive design / content to do presentations
- Natural with numbers and strong ability to effectively pitch investment ideas to investors
- Proficient in spreedsheets (Microsoft Excel) and other Microsoft Office software applications
- Fluent in English
- Responsible and driven person
- Strong logical, analytical and communication skills
- Willing to be placed in the other section (such as : Fixed Income, Brokerage, Corporate Finance)
Responsibilities :
- Research securities of target industries and companies to provide investment recommendations
- Collect and interpret company data to facilitate recommendations
- Develop and write research reports and publications to be presented to management or shareholders
- Financial modeling : input data into proprietary financial models to create charts, dashboards and supporting material
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry happenings and current events
- Do specific research from specified industry
2. EQUITY DEALER
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable University
- Strong communication, prefer have ability to technical and fundamental analysis of stock
- Have experience as an Equity Dealer in the Capital Market
- Have a License for Broker Dealer Representative
Job Descriptions :
- Conduct buy and sell (stock trading) transactions, according to Sales instructions
- Make Sales reports regularly and work to improve Business process
3. FINANCE ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Job Descriptions :
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including: month and end-year process and reports, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger.
- Responsible to manage the monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities.
- Prepare financial reporting and ensure all financial information reported is accordance with the accounting policies and regulators.
- Manage annual financial statements audit, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and principles.
- Responsible for the reporting timeliness of the management and statutory accounts.
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principals.
- Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy; applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.
- Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls. Coordinate with the related financial institutions and government agencies
- Assist in the annual budget and preparation of budget P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
- Ad-hoc assignments/projects as assigned by the senior management.
- Assist for budget controlling for all division and prepare Actual vs Budget report for monthly and quarterly.
- Improving current budgeting and forecasting process, analyzing inefficiency and potential business risks.
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree major in Accounting or Finance from reputable university with GPA min. 3.00
- In depth knowledge of PSAK and willing to improve the specific regulation and law by the regulator.
- Knowledge of SAP accounting software system will be an added advantage
- Minimum 5-7 years of working experience with a combination of professional working experience in Big 4 firm.
- Willing to work hard, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
- Strong leadership and Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English/Bahasa Indonesia and ability to work in a team environment

4. TAX MANAGER
Job Descriptions :
- Direct a variety of tax-related activities in accordance with the overall tax strategy to ensure that the organization meets its tax obligations and objectives. These activities may include: tax planning; research; compliance; tax submissions, reporting and filings; auditing; and communicating with external tax agencies.
- Take the lead in managing tax audit process and timely engage relevant stakeholders including consultants to support the process including data collection and timely escalation of issues to relevant stakeholders
- Manage ongoing relationships with, external consultants and advisors (for example tax advisors) to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
- Evaluate the organizations current or proposed activities, policies, business practices, and transactions to ensure that they comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare and review complex tax planning projections for corporate estimate liabilities.
- Advise senior management on tax matters and on the potential impact of current and future laws and regulations on the operation of the organization.
- Ensure that all tax returns, tax declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time.
- Lead, direct, evaluate organizations tax strategy is implemented accurately and consistently and in compliance with all relevant regulations, laws and standard.
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring Accounting or Finance from reputable university with GPA min. 3.00
- Solid knowledge of Indonesian Tax and Accounting law and regulations
- Have a Tax License A or B.
- Minimum 5-7 years of working experience with a combination of professional working experience in Big 4 firm and currently holding the most senior tax role in any leading corporation in Indonesia
- Willing to work hard, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
- Strong leadership and Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English/Bahasa Indonesia and ability to work in a team environment
- Familiar with e-SPT and MS Office
- Attention to details and accuracy
