Software Developer Lead


About the Role:

As a Software Development Lead you will act as a business partner who build relationships with the project owners related to Software Development. You will be responsible in managing Software Developer Specialists, including developing and nurturing them to keep up with the latest knowledge and trends to maximize their capability growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a business partner who builds a relationship with the project owner regarding the management of Specialists on a predetermined project
  2. Analyse the submission of project proposals related to the needs of Specialists and provide recommendations for project priorities that will be met as a basis for decision making.
  3. Manage the allocation of Specialists to projects in accordance with the decision of the Digital Prodigy Management function based on the results of the analysis of the project proposal.
  4. Ensure the utilization and productivity of Specialists in supporting each of the Company’s project initiatives in accordance with their respective capabilities.
  5. Ensure the availability of Employee Performance Indicators/Parameters for each Specialist
  6. Monitoring the performance of Specialists in each project as part of ensuring the fulfillment of the Specialist portfolio according to their respective capabilities.
  7. Conducting coaching and counselling to Specialists to assist in the implementation of assignments on the Company’s projects as an effort to support the implementation of the project according to the plan and part of the Specialist development.
  8. Identifying the need for a Specialist development program based on the results of the assessment and the Specialist’s aspirations to ensure its capability is in line with the needs of company.
  9. Identify the need for Specialist work support tools to ensure the Specialist’s productivity is as expected.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor / Master Degree;
  2. 4+ years of experience in Software Developer
  3. Experienced in mentoring more team member, performing code review, and assisting the team to grow together in a team.
  4. Experienced in translating business to software development requirement and manage team member to solve the problem.
  5. Understanding Software Development Life Cycle
  6. Experienced in programming language such as Java, Go, NodeJs and etc.
  7. Experienced in programming language for Web application such as HTML, CSS, Javascript
  8. Experienced in programming language for Mobile Apps such as Java, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter and IOS.
  9. Deep understanding of Relational Database and noSql
  10. Deep understanding of version control (GIT)
  11. Understanding DevOps concept and implementation
  12. Understanding Container/ Docker concept and implementation
  13. Understanding in implementing design pattern and design principles to create a scalability of product
