The Business Integrity Officer – Indonesia (“BIO”) supports local leaders, as owners of Code and business integrity risks inherent in their operations, to identify and mitigate these by reference to the Code and the tools that govern relations between Unilever and third parties. (S)he manages the Business Integrity Committee, ensuring robust oversight and governance for such matters, and is a respected and visible Go To person for the escalation of BI related issues in the country.
The BIO must demonstrate the values, skills, judgment, drive and influence needed to deploy Unilever’s Business Integrity framework, liaising with subject matter experts (SMEs), for optimal results consistent with the Unilever global Roadmap for Business Integrity. The BIO provides specific SME input in terms of advising on and investigating matters pertaining to anti-bribery, corruption (ABC) and trade sanctions rules and requirements arising as a result of relevant laws or practices.
The BIO is an important member of the global BI function and Indonesia legal team. (S)he has one direct report, Business Integrity Administrator, and reports to the Business Integrity Director – Asia who based in Singapore.
Essential roles and responsibilities include:
Leadership and strategy
- Develop and deploy strategy that aligns with business goals and addresses local legal and regulatory implications;
- Lead country Business Integrity Committee; share trends, better practices and lessons learned; and provide advice to leaders.
Lead investigations
- Lead investigations that reported via hotline or internal channels. Develop investigation plans, identify appropriate investigative resources, conduct fact finding procedures, identify issues and root causes, prepare investigation reports, and assure complete and accurate data in matter management system;
- Provide advice and oversight to assigned investigators e.g. HR, Finance, Operations to assure quality of process and outputs;
- Escalate matters as appropriate, provide recommendations on sanctions and mitigation actions; assure accountability, consistency and timely execution of corrective actions.
Training and communications
- Execute global plan, including online training and annual code declaration;
- Develop and deploy country training and communications to various stakeholders in the country, e.g. country/ site leaders, employees, third parties, business partners;
- Work with stakeholders to assure new joiners, employees from acquired entities are trained.
Third party compliance and country risk assessment
- Work with stakeholders to assure third party compliance program, e.g. due diligence, red flag mitigation, is implemented efficiently and effectively;
- Review and maintain country risk profile to assure risks are aligned with regulatory environment and internal trends.

3. Perform Field Audit

c. Conduct audit based on prepared audit programs in an effective, efficient, professional and timely manner.
d. Prepare the Audit Reports, prepare a formal written report of each audit performed, which includes conclusions, recommendations / agreed action plans.
5. Monitor Implementation of Audit Recommendation
Establish a follow up process & liaise with the Audited Person In-charge to monitor and ensure that management actions have been effectively implemented.
6. Gather audit feedback from Auditee
The feedback will be gathered using online survey tools to measure what the audit customers felt about the experience and how the auditor performs. The feedback will also be used to evaluate each auditor performance and as the input to increase the audit quality.
7. Log all audit files and final report to Internal Audit Sharepoint
To ensure that the experience of conducting an audit unit can be transferred to future auditor (due to rotation policy in Unilever), auditor in charge should upload all audit files, especially the completed working papers and final audit report to Internal Audit SharePoint.

Main Job Purpose:
The Cluster Asst Engineering Manager will be responsible for project management and support for the Supply Chain projects on a cluster scale (SEAA – South East Asia & Australasia) in area of Packing Technology, Robotic & Automation to build new manufacturing capability to improve operational cost and cash, better and faster innovation.

Main Job Purpose :

Requirements and Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in mechanical, instrumentation, electrical, or other relevant engineering field from a reputed University and having work experience with Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical / FMCG Industries.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in management in maintenance and engineering, specifically on Large scale Industrial Plant (Oleochemical, Petrochemical, Chemical, Oil & Gas).
- Required language(s): English.
- Strong knowledge and aptitude of mechanical and electrical/Instrumentation engineering.

- Develop, built and make available in the organisation the Product, Process and Packaging Expertises relevant to the asset base.

• Follow up with POSM production gift sourcing and delivery to stores OTIF

- Understanding of new trends in warehousing related to MHEs, WMSs, WH Technologies is compulsory
- Knowledge in Autocad and simulation tools (Flexim, Class, etc)
